Listing your business is free, and no payment can ever change your score or ranking. Fixing your listing details

Your name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and service descriptions can be updated. To request a correction, provide the accurate information and a way for us to verify it, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we confirm the correction, it stays in place through future data refreshes.

Disputing your score or reviews

Scores are never manually edited. If you dispute a score or a summary of what reviewers wrote, you are claiming the input data itself is wrong, such as your profile being matched to the wrong business, reviews being attributed to you incorrectly, or a summary misrepresenting what reviewers actually said. We re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Requesting removal of your listing

Permanently closed, duplicated, or out-of-scope listings are removed. The monthly re-verification cycle removes closed businesses on its own as well. We may keep an accurate, in-scope listing published, since it is built from public information, but you will always get a straight answer about the decision.
