What this directory is

Indianapolis Metro Foreclosure Attorney Guide is an independent directory covering 200 foreclosure attorney businesses across Indianapolis Metro. It’s built for homeowners trying to figure out which local attorney is worth calling when a foreclosure notice lands, whether that’s a loss mitigation question, a mortgage default dispute, or a bankruptcy filing to stop a sale. Instead of asking businesses to buy their way to the top, we build each ranking from public records and how attorneys are actually performing in the field.

We also generate enquiries for local providers: when you ask to be matched, we pass your enquiry to providers relevant to your request, and we may receive a referral fee for that. Referral arrangements never affect scores or earned rankings. The quote page spells this out in full before you submit anything.

Where the data comes from

Each listing starts with public business records: licensing status, practice areas, office location, contact details. On top of that, we synthesize recent Google reviews to gauge sentiment and track record. We don’t republish review text, and we don’t host review content ourselves. If you want to read what clients actually wrote, we link out to the business’s Google listing so you can see the source directly.

How rankings are earned

Rankings come from a published rubric applied consistently to the data we collect, nothing else. No listed firm can pay to move up, and no firm can talk its way into a better position. Our full methodology page breaks down exactly what gets scored and how it’s weighted.

A listed business can ask us to correct its own facts, like a wrong phone number, an outdated address, or a practice area that no longer applies. What a business can never do is edit its own score, its sentiment reading, or its position in the ranking. That stays under editorial control.

Sponsorship, kept separate

Some pages carry sponsored placements. When they appear, they’re labelled “Sponsored” and shown in their own section, apart from the earned ranking. Paying for a sponsored spot never changes a firm’s rubric score or where it lands in the ranked list.
